What is Our Return Policy?
Your jewelry is a source of beauty that we hope will be part of your
personal collection for many years to come. Please, take good care of it by avoiding
dropping or banging against a hard surface or use of chemical cleansing agents.
Our goal is to meet your expectations. However, if you are not entirely satisfied,
you may return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full
refund or exchange (less shipping and handling) charges. The item must be returned
in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due
to customer negligence cannot be returned.
Please, send your package with the original invoice to us by courier of your
choice. Please make sure to insure your package. Shipping and handling charges
are not refundable except due to factory defect.
Greek Design Jewelry.com cannot accept returns of jewelry damaged after your
receipt due to breakage, loss of stone or other parts, or by application of

Can I order an item you nolonger carry?
Yes, provided the manufacturer still produces the product.
What happens if a jewelry piece is out of stock?
When an item is out of stock, it doesn't mean that it is discontinued. Please,
email us with the
item number and we will inform you when it will be available.

Can your products be shipped anywhere around the world?
Our products can be shipped anywhere except to P.O. Boxes both domestically
and abroad. Oltremare products cannot be shipped to England or Australia. U.K.
customers should contact "Aqua Jewelry Ltd" at 020 8439 9206. Any import duties
and taxes imposed by the country the product is shipped into are the responsibility
of the buyer.
